The principles set in the ISO QMS focus mainly on customer satisfaction, improvement and relationship management. Each action performed by a member of City Quick Logistics, follows a process to produce the best and most relevant outcome for both customer and business. Each process allows us to look at all sources of input and information, in order to make an informed decision or choice. Upon making that choice, we can then look at the corrective and preventative measures that can be put in place for all future processes. We are also able to look at the criteria and methods used to ensure peak effectiveness of the process and information.
