With the latest addition of the Clean Air Zone, delivering to the City Centre has become more challenging – the journey itself can be fraught with delays, meaning that the final mile of the journey could take hours instead of minutes. With the additional cost of petrol, your time and cost efficiency quickly go out the window, leaving you needlessly stressed. Our Final Mile courier delivery enables you (or your couriers) to save a three-hour round trip and all the money you'd waste on the fees and fuel! Our couriers departing our depot every 30 minutes (or on demand), ensuring your peace of mind with a fast and efficient delivery.
With our Birmingham Express Final Mile courier service, we guarantee a dedicated delivery that's ALWAYS on time! Our vehicles depart our depot every 30 minutes and get your parcel to its final destination safely and efficiently on the next available vehicle. Bookings can be made via phone, email, online or by simply arriving at the depot with your package. For urgent deliveries, please provide 45 minutes notice so we can ensure we have an appropriate vehicle on stand-by for your allotted time. For larger/pallet loads, please provide a minimum of 90 minutes notice.
Our Birmingham Standard Final Mile courier service is designed for less urgent deliveries. For urgent packages, we recommend our Express Final Mile service instead. Once your package is received at our depot, your central Birmingham delivery will be completed on average within 3 hours. Vehicles depart our depot every 30 minutes. If you are sending to a company we require the closing time of the receiving company. If we cannot complete your delivery within the advised deadline, the package will be delivered before midday the next working day. Bookings can be made via phone, email, or online. Alternatively, you can simply turn up with your package.
Our reverse collection service enables you (the recipient of delivery) to collect your goods from our Birmingham depot instead. This means you avoid driving into Central Birmingham, maximising time efficiency and reducing expense. Reverse collections can be booked by phone, email or online. We advise that you provide us a minimum of 60 minutes notice to collect the package and return to the depot. Packages will be available for collection within 90 minutes (on average). To collect packages you will need your booking reference number and proof of I.D.
Our Birmingham Final Mile Prices start from just £8 and include Clean Air Zone charges and fuel surcharge. Prices vary depending on urgency (Express or Standard service), drop off postcode and vehicle requirement. Flat rates are available for the most popular postcodes, whilst others are charged by the mile. All prices include 30 minutes paid waiting, loading and unloading - 15 minutes at either side. Multi-drop deliveries are calculated and charged depending on distance and number of drops.
